2) Amount of content ( how much pages / navigation)
3) Representation / Design ( how it must look)
4) Ability / Functionality ( to what extend it must be able to do what )
5) Deadline ( time frame we / you want to have "it working" )
6) How we build it ( which hosting, domain name and other requirements)
7) Budget
We prefer to communicate by email which is the most effective way, although you as customer have the privelidge to choose any way by phone or personal contact. But as most of our customers I believe that your time is as valuable as mine and anyone elses, and therefore you would take the advantage of the "digital highway".
Also questions as: Do you want to maintain the site on your own? are important to know for us because we can give you the most optimised website for you to have a user friendly website administration.
